We enjoyed 4 nights in a two-bedroom beautiful cottage and had a great time. The cottages were clean, spacious, and the housekeeping staff were super friendly. It far exceeded our expectations and made for a nice family holiday.

I enjoyed my stay at Rough River Dam State Resort Park. The clean and spacious cottage provided a cozy retreat. Although the beds could use a bit more comfort and size, the pleasant staff made our experience enjoyable.

Couples getaway with some quirks

We loved the clean ans spacious cottages they have here, perfect for a relaxing time and housekeeping was quite friendly. The groundskeeper shared some cool local spots to check out which was unexpected but nice, really added to our stay.

I mean it wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, still acceptable.
